This Legal Disclaimer contains the Conditions of Use of the website http://www.allegmusic.com, made available to internet users by Allegheny Music, S.L., a Spanish company holder of Spanish Tax ID no. B-80173933 and registered in the Companies Registry of Madrid under Book 1887, Folio 116, Page 33884, 1st entry (hereinafter, AM Consultores).

We hereby inform you that personal data processing shall be performed according to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons, and particularly as follows:

      1. When contracting translation and/or proofreading services, to maintain the contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service provided.

      2. To submit information requested relating to the services we provide. When providing translation and/or proofreading services, if third-party personal data is provided, AM Consultores’ client or provider shall expressly inform such third party of the processing of their data by AM Consultores during the provision of such services.

      3. When downloading MESP, to manage and maintain a database of users interested in our tool, so that we can improve our position with regard to our products and services.

    2. Personal data storage period. Personal data shall be stored while the relationship exists and until there is a request for their erasure, and for the period during which legal liabilities may arise as a result of the services provided.

  2. Legal basis. The legal basis for the processing of your data is as follows:

    1. Request for information and/or contracting of translation/proofreading services.

    2. Consent is freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous. Therefore, we make available this privacy policy so that, after you have read it and once you agree with it, you can accept it by sending an affirmative statement (I ACCEPT) to the email address included in section “1. Details about the controller of personal data processing”.

  3. Recipients. Personal data shall not be communicated to any third party, unless required by law. As data processors, we have engaged the following service providers, which have undertaken to comply with applicable regulations on personal data protection at the time of engagement: Wix, Google, MailChimp and Directnic.

  4. Security and Confidentiality. AM Consultores is concerned with ensuring data security and confidentiality. Therefore, we have adopted the required security levels for the protection of personal data and deployed the technical means at our disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of personal data provided through web, telephone and other channels. While using the data included in its files, AM Consultores undertakes to maintain their confidentiality, to use them based on the purpose of each file, to comply with its obligation to store them and to adopt all measures to prevent any alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access according to the provisions of applicable legislation.

  5. Rights. As the data subject, having provided your personal data, you are entitled to receive confirmation of whether AM Consultores is processing your personal data. Particularly, you are entitled to exercise the following rights provided for in data protection regulations. According to such regulations, such rights are:

    1. Right of ACCESS to your personal data.

    2. Right to request RECTIFICATION of inaccurate data.

    3. Right to request their ERASURE when data are no longer required for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons.

    4. Under certain circumstances, you may request us to RESTRICT THE PROCESSING of your data, in which case they shall only be retained for exercising or defending claims.

    5. Under certain circumstances and for reasons relating to the data subject’s personal situation, data subjects may exercise their right to OBJECT to the processing of their data. Data will no longer be processed, except on compelling legal grounds or for the exercise or defence of potential claims.

    6. Under certain circumstances and for reasons relating to the data subject’s personal situation, data subjects may request their right of data PORTABILITY. You may exercise such rights by sending a communication to the postal address or email included in section “1. Details about the controller of personal data processing”. Furthermore, in the event of infringement of any of your rights, you are entitled to file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or AEPD), at Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 in Madrid or through the electronic office of the AEPD: https://sedeagpd.gob.es/sede-electronica-web.

  6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction. In general, the relationship between the data subject and AM Consultores shall be governed by Spanish regulations and jurisdiction. In the event of any disagreement, discrepancy, conflict, lawsuit or different interpretation regarding the contents or applicability of this legal disclaimer, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain) and waive their own jurisdiction.

Conditions of Use

Access to and use of the services provided by this website implies the acceptance of these general conditions, which shall apply without prejudice to any special or individual conditions that may be established, where applicable.
